Four years later in 2001, Barry's youngest son, Timothy, also became a licensed real estate appraiser. Debra, Kevin, and Timothy are also licensed salespeople, and Barry is a licensed broker.

In 2003 Kevin and Timothy were officially made partners in the business, and hope to bring youthful energy to an already trusted and established family owned business.
